QoyaKids: Together with the founder of Qoya movement Rochelle Schieck, we are going to develop Qoya KIDS. We are going to adapt the philosophy of Qoya to children. Qoya is based on the idea that through movement we remember. We remember that we are wise wild and free. Through Qoya KIDS children will have an invitation to express their true selves and to experiment with the pulse of life, while they can connect with their inner intuition and wisdom. It will be an opportunity to learn movement like a language. Qoya KIDS is based on empowering kids through simple techniques that they can use at anytime like shaking, yoga poses, dance and meditation. Qoya KIDS will be launched online on the site embodyqoya.com the 11th of June 2012. It will serve as a reference of videos for kids and parents to do together, to nurture the qualities of wise, wild and free in each child. Wise - the wisdom of yoga and the ability to follow their inner intuition. Wild - the free expression of dance. Free - the ability to have fun and be present here and now.
